Quality certifications

Quality is not optional; it is our standard.
To maintain high standards, OEM Medical has achieved ISO 13485 certification, specific to quality management systems for medical devices, and ISO 9001 certification for quality management. These certifications demonstrate our ongoing commitment to efficient, safe processes that comply with international standards, reaffirming our dedication to uncompromising quality.

Quality checks tailored to every customer and product

OEM Medical’s quality control team develops customised inspection plans for each customer in accordance with ISO 13485:2016. Our inspections of moulded parts are extremely thorough and use conventional measuring equipment, including callipers, dial indicators, optical inspection devices and microscopes, alongside 3D optical measuring systems. During moulding, we carry out sample inspections at a frequency agreed with the customer, depending on the application and the complexity of the parts. Further checks are performed after production to ensure that packaging and labelling requirements are met.

From raw material selection through to the moulding of the finished component, quality control is integrated into every stage of our production process. Every component undergoes rigorous, tailored checks to ensure compliance with the highest standards.

Sustainability

Sustainability is a priority at OEM Medical. Since obtaining ISO 14001:2015 certification in 2022, we have strengthened our commitment to responsible environmental management. This certification provides a structured framework for identifying, monitoring and continually improving our environmental performance, driving practical action towards more sustainable processes.

Photovoltaic systems

Thanks to our photovoltaic systems, we generate a substantial share of the energy needed for production ourselves, while the remainder comes from other renewable sources. This approach helps us reduce waste and our environmental impact, embedding sustainability in our everyday operations.
