Our approach
Our manufacturing processes are characterised by advanced technologies and controlled environments:
ISO 8 cleanroom and softwall enclosure
Injection moulding takes place within an ISO 8 softwall enclosure, ensuring that every product is manufactured in a controlled environment. For the assembly of medical components, we also use our permanent ISO 8 cleanroom, where an air recirculation system maintains controlled environmental conditions.
State-of-the-art machinery
We manufacture high-precision medical components using 17 horizontal injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging from 6 to 230 tonnes, and three vertical machines with clamping forces of 30 and 60 tonnes. We handle product packaging and, where required, arrange secondary operations such as laser marking, chrome plating, welding and pad printing through experienced, qualified partners.
Customised products
We offer a range of standard products that can be customised in terms of materials, colours and specifications to meet individual customer requirements. Every project begins with technical consultation to select the most suitable raw material, followed by development tailored to the required specifications, always ensuring the highest levels of quality and precision.

Our technical team helps each customer select a raw material with the certifications required for their application. For every project, we start with our catalogue of standard products and customise them to the customer’s specifications.
